Rocksolid Windows & Doors Ltd. stands behind all of the products we supply by registering all of our clients’ products with the associated manufacturer in the homeowner’s name. This is done on their behalf so that there is nothing for the homeowner to do but enjoy their new windows & doors. We also service all of the products we sell, which means there is only one call in the future to make, and that is to Rocksolid Windows & Doors Ltd. we will work with the manufacturers on your behalf with regards to any warranty issues or claims.
Installation Warranties:
Rocksolid Windows & Doors Ltd provides a 5 year workmanship guarantee on all of our installations, including proper function, fit and even sealant adhesion. We are certified by SAWDAC in the “Window Wise Certification Program” and register all of our window installations with them in the homeowners name on their behalf so there is nothing for you to do.
